Do we have to delete all the existing music files first, or will the system overwrite them?

I think you have to delete the existing files but I've never done it with the new system. Won't know if you don't give it a try. :)

I've done everything, uploaded the new show, checked it in, etc., but the derivatives weren't created. I don't see any place where I can tell it to rederive them. What am I missing?

You can queue up another derive task by clicking "Edit item" on the bottom-left box on the item's page, then clicking "change the information" in the left-hand box on the next page. At the top of the next page, click "Item manager", and you'll then see a "derive" button on the right-hand side. Hit that and the derive should take an hour or so.
